Our Delivery Promise

Nationwide UK Coverage: We deliver to all parts of the UK, explicitly including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
Free Delivery Offer: Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. (Highland, Islands and Northern Ireland heavily subsidised).
Orders Under £50: For frozen goods under £50 (up to 29 kg), there’s a flat P&P charge of £7.80.
Courier Service: We use DPD Nationwide for frozen food orders. If an order is placed Monday–Friday before 3.30pm, we aim to dispatch the same day.
Highlands & Islands Delivery: While these regions can be more logistically challenging, we heavily subsidise delivery for them — because we think it’s important.
Delivery Times: Usually next-day once dispatched, although in some more remote areas delivery can take up to 48 hours.

Handling Your Frozen Orders

Because our food is raw and perishable, we take extra care:

All frozen products are DEFRA-tested to ensure safety.
If your food arrives partially defrosted (but still cold), you can safely refreeze it once, as long as the thawing was controlled.
To help us deliver smoothly, please provide a mobile phone number — DPD will send updates and ETA info.
Please double-check your delivery address carefully — we aren’t liable for perishable goods lost or spoiled due to incorrect address details.
