Did you Know…

WE DELIVER TO ALL PARTS OF THE UK INCLUDING HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS AND IRELAND

Please read carefully the following information.

Frozen goods

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm we endeavour to despatch the same day for a next day delivery including Saturday via DPD Nationwide delivery service. Very rarely, delays can AND do occur. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday until Sunday night will be despatched on Monday Via DPD for Tuesday delivery. Please choose DPD Delivery option for frozen goods.

DEFRA testing

All our frozen meats are DEFRA tested to ensure they are safe to feed your pet. They are also safe to refreeze once, up to 48 hours after full thawing. While we aim to get your goods delivered within 24 hours (48 hours for some regions) of leaving us, DPD occasionally encounter delays. If your parcel is delayed but still delivered within 48 hours, we do not replace these parcels. DEFRA testing is in place for the safety of your pet and your reassurance.

P&P for frozen goods delivery is £7.80 up to 29kg.

We DO NOT hide delivery in our prices as there is no such thing as FREE Delivery.

Please provide a mobile telephone number so that you will receive DHL notifications. If your order does not arrive on the expected day, please contact us at the earliest convenience so that we can look into it. Delays are rare, but they are more easily rectified if we are alerted quickly.

IMPORTANT: We are not liable or obliged to replace perishable goods that have failed delivery due to incorrect address/delivery details entered by the customer.

Should you wish to return non perishable goods. Please arrange this within 3 days.

Returns accepted up to 3 days – non perishable goods only

Please note that delivery companies such as DPD are under extra demand after Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year. As an independent business we have experienced large losses due to delayed or missing parcels at these times, as we are NOT compensated for delayed/lost perishable items. Replacements are sent at our own cost. With this in mind we ask our valued to customers to plan ahead and avoid ordering at these times where possible. We may contact you asking to delay your delivery. Losses may lead to price increases and this is something we do our best to avoid. We thank you for your help and understanding.

Non frozen goods

We endeavour to despatch all non-frozen goods on the same day if ordered before 3pm. These are sent via Royal Mail first class post. As we rely on Royal Mail for timely delivery, there may be some delays encountered at busy times. Tracking information is not provided or available until delivery has been attempted. We can investigate missing parcels 10 days after despatch date. Please choose Royal Mail Delivery for NON FROZEN GOODS ONLY up to 2Kg. If you choose this option for frozen goods, your order will be cancelled automatically and refunded.

Local pick up

Please choose this option if you are coming to collect your order from our shop in Pocklington, East Yorkshire. If you are able to ring the shop to let us know when you would like to collect, we will endeavour to have it ready for you.

All discount codes are single-use, we reserve the right to cancel orders where customers are using several email addresses per discount code. Please note we are an independent business, and abuse of discount codes may lead to price rises for all customers.
